1. I am not sure about the model of my car?
* Please, send us a picture of outside of the car and we will help you !

2. How can i clean the mats?
* The cleaning is very simple, with soft carpet brush. You can also wash them but please do not use pressure water and washing machines to clean them. If you wash them with water, make sure they are completely dry before returning to the car.

3. I can not find my car on the web page?
* If you can not find your car model, plese contact us via email, sending us information for the car, such as brand, model, year of production and picture from the outside of the car.

4.What if the floor mats i ordered, do not fit right to my car?
*In velour floor mats production we only use Oem patterns for every single car model. Therefore they fit your car very well like genuine floor mats. If there is a problem with the fit, you just need to contact us. If the fitment problem is because of us, we send the correct set to you or make a full refund.

5. Can i customize my mats?
* Yes of course, you can make your own abmlem or any kidn of logo. Just have to send a picture via email.
